A little late, but we finally made our own NA beer! It’s the same recipe as our Czech style Pilsner, Crispy Bois, except made without alcohol. The N/A Pilsner was brewed with floor malted Bohemian Pilsner and Czech Saaz hops.

A strong, malty Bavarian lager. Traditionally Maibock’s (i.e. “May Bock”) were released in the springtime in Germany to celebrate the changing of seasons and a return to longer, sunnier days.

ABOUT WES SCHLAG:
Boise, Idaho artist Wes Schlag is a multi-faceted musician and songwriter (AND Barbarian bartender!).

Provoked through the stylings of low-fi folk, garage rock, and cosmic country, his dreamy, yet jagged sound is often juxtaposed with a dry wit and Prostian existentialism.
