Soundwell Boise’s relaxing Sound Bath Meditation is now In-Residence every Wednesday in the Chamber Room at Garden City Library and City Hall, 6015 N Glenwood. Doors at 12:45, event starts at 1:15 pm. Soundwell Boise features the tranquil tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, bronze gongs, ambient keyboard, steel tongue drums, melodic chimes, and more. Our intent is to help you relax, release stress and tension, and access a state of enhanced wellness. Come be immersed in their meditative sounds! 

Bring a blanket or wrap, and a yoga mat and cushion if you wish to lie down. Chairs provided, or you may bring your own folding one. No children or infants please. You may attend for free (donations accepted). Soundwell Boise co-founder Gordon Rosenberg has been playing crystal bowls and more for meditation and sound bath groups since 1999.
