Join us for a 60-minute Sip & Flow in the brewery Barrel Cove! Class will be led by Barbarian bartender and certified yoga instructor, Shannon Vanus!

1st drink is included so that you can sip while flowing*

Please arrive 15 min early to grab your beer or radler, set up your yoga mat and settle in. Bring your own mat and water bottle.

All yoga skill levels encouraged!
