With the Art of the Pub you’ll learn a classic Stout & Cheddar Pie with braised Scottish Highland beef and pub chips (aka homemade French fries).
Embark on a culinary journey celebrating the robust flavors of classic pub fare with our newest kit. This month, we’re proud to spotlight Scottish Highland Beef sourced right here in the heart of Idaho. Tender cuts of this premium beef are the star ingredient for crafting the quintessential traditional meat pie, reminiscent of cozy pubs scattered throughout the UK.
Each kit generously serves 4-6, making it perfect for a cozy dinner with your loved ones or a delightful gathering of friends.

Join us for a 60-minute Sip & Flow in the brewery Barrel Cove.
Class will be led by Barbarian bartender and certified yoga instructor, Shannon Vanus!

Barbarian Grilled Cheese Night is the 2nd Tuesday of every month! MELT Food Truck will be serving up grilled cheese creations and tomato soup.
MELT is a local food truck with chef inspired grilled cheese creations served on ACME bread and scratch made soups.

We’ll have Green Beer, Irish Red and Irish Stout on Nitro all day, Corned Beef & Hash with CRISP Food Truck and Irish drinking songs with Connor Jay Liess.
12:00-6:00pm: CRISP Food Truck serving Corned Beef & Hash, pastrami sandwiches and more. Exact menu tbd.
3:00-5:30pm: Irish drinking & pub songs with Connor Jay Liess.
Connor will be putting together his fondest set of Irish, Scottish and Australian Traditionals and barroom chanties and hope y’all will join him in the choruses. As Hamish Imlach said, “If you don’t know the words, take off your shoes and hum!”
KegFit Workout Class
Join us for a 60-minute KegFit workout in our barrel cove. $10 Ticket includes workout and free drink token (“recovery beer”). Walk-ins welcome.
KegFit is a “go at your own pace” circuit training workout…but here is the kicker. You’re in the back of a brewery with an old school Boombox with three 10-minute rounds using empty Barbarian kegs for a bit of weight, if desired.
The final round is a free Barbarian “recovery beer” or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. You can go at your own pace, push yourself, chat with new/old friends, or take a nap. It’s all up to you to decide what you want out of the workout. KegFit is designed for all levels of fitness. All you need is your workout clothes, including your fav sneaks.

A little late, but we finally made our own NA beer! It’s the same recipe as our Czech style Pilsner, Crispy Bois, except made without alcohol. The N/A Pilsner was brewed with floor malted Bohemian Pilsner and Czech Saaz hops.
0.4% abv (The legal limit for n/a beverages is 0.6% abv)
