Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Jay William Miller has been singing and playing since he was 17 years old. Influenced by the beauty of the state of Idaho and time spent in the mountains nearby, Jay has adopted a unique singer songwriter style that lives somewhere on the borders of folk, classic country, and indie rock. As a former filmmaker and lover of storytelling, most of his writing focuses on telling the stories of ordinary life, hard moments, and the lifestyle of the American west.
